  • No it isn't illegal.
  • Nope +5
  • I dunno about 'illegal', but my bet is that it crosses the ol' 'immoral' line! ;-)
  • It is invasion of privacy and tampering with another persons mail, it could be considered illegal

  • If you are married to him it shouldnt be. Marital property. Did your money buy that computer???? If he is being unfaithful to his married wife, that is illegal. I say mark it as EXHIBIT A. See ya in court!!!!
  • Not illegal, but now what do you want to do with the information? You sound more scared of the illegality than what your cheater husband has done. There is a contract with a husband and wife and everything is supposed to be equal. What is he going to do, sue you? A judge does whatever they want to do anyway. But a cheating husband may give you lots more than you ever wanted. . BTW, if you don't know much about computers, he probably knows you have been in his account. Once the account is open by a secret code, the password usually has to be reset. Most accounts will not accept the previous password. This is stating it simply. There are ways to cover it, but I think you're way past that now.
  • check the marriage vows, They are binding. It is a breech of contract to cheat and get caught. Because the two(2) become one, it is as though He did it himself.
  • He cheats, and you sneak. Sounds like you guys are perfect for each other! +5
  • nopeee its not but divorce him !!!
  • Not illegal...just sneaky. But, what he has done is the deal-breaker.... unless you both can get some marriage counselling and make some decisions about what a marriage is all about!
  • Even after marriage we have privacy. what you did is not illegal, but we just don;t read other people's mail. It's not done. Very poor form.
