Sure you could. A cold roast beef cut up could be great, with horseradish thrown in the mayo.

I use leftovers from a roast and shred it by tearing it apart with your fingers into thin thin little pieces and add onion and Miracle Whip to it and put it on regular ol' bread. It is really good! +5

It sounds quite gross,I could not imaging eating beef in a salad.I rarely eat beef anyway,maybe once a month.

When I was a kid, my mother used to sometimes make sandwiches from Underwood Roast Beef spread, the beef version of their "deviled ham" with the little red devil on the can.
