A lot of places where people work these days have a drug policy ,and test on regular bases ,also here as soon as you have an accident they test you for alcohol and drugs and there should be more of it.+4
Yep, what they can't do is disclose the information to an employer without you having signed a waiver. +4
Edit: Unless it is an on the job injury, if it is, you can lose the case for a positive test.
Sure, doctors can take all the drug tests they want without telling anyone. So can you!
