    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

Most people who paid into Medicare while they worked do not have to pay for Medicare Part A (hospital insurance). For those who do pay, costs for 2010 range from $254 to $461 per month. Medicare Part B (medical insurance) costs everyone between $96.40 and $110.50 per month.
