My blood type is O- and my husbands blood type is O+, will we be able to conceive?

    Your blood types have nothing to do with whether or not you'll be able to conceive.

    Yes, you can conceive. The first pregnancy should go ok. But the latter pregnancies will require special medication, usually injections, to prevent your body from sending antibodies to attack the fetus.

    No, but seriously, of course you can. Blood type is simply a index over the basic function of inherited antigenic substances on the surface of red blood cells. It has nothing to do with the possibility of conceiving.
    For example, O Types have no inherited antigen preference, which is why it can be given to anyone.
