Simply having a child is not a good reason to get married. If the couple were alredy planning on getting married, it probably wouldn't hurt their relationship to tie the knot a bit sooner.
No. I do not support "shotgun weddings". If the two people get married, it should be their own choice.
Probably a good idea if you have concerns on the child.
I would say wait till they feel it is the right time. If you cannot afford to have a child or have the time to properly care for the child then you would be doing it a dis-serve to have it just because you got married.
Well, people should be able to commit to one another before having children. Since if you are not committed to one another then how can you commit to a family.
