Have you ever taken ground beef and mixed it with ground turkey and nobody knew the difference? Can you tell the difference?

    Turkey when mixed with beef (or veal) acts like tofu - very adaptable to whatever it is mixed with.
    I use grnd turk and beef and veal (even amounts of all) to make a meat loaf that is a bit tastier and, not as fatty.
    Only caveat: do not buy and leave sit in fridge. Either buy when you wish to use it, or freeze it and then use it quickly. Leftovers are OK - but the ground meat raw should not be mixed together and let sit uncooked.

    Yes, I have mixed them. Some people could notice, some couldn't.
