If I pick, unsubscribe from comments, will i lose ALL comments or just that specific one?

You will be unsubscribed from the comment thread/all comments under one particular answer.

You unsubscribe from that comment thread, which means that you don't get in your feedback any more notifications of further comments posted in that specific comment thread. Normally, you get such notifications either because you wrote the question or because you wrote that answer or because you wrote a comment to that answer in its comment thread. People generally unsubscribe from a comment thread when a long discussion is taking place there, where they have no interest. Especially in the case of a non answer related chat. In my opinion, it is not very good to unsubscribe from a comment thread on one answer of yours. Even if some users are using the thread for chatting, further comments on your answer could be given. Please notice that you can open the question or the answer view at any later time to read all those comments. What you don't get are only the notifications. Also, if you post a new comment in that thread, you automatically resubscribe.
