  • When you act Black/white, you're not actually acting a certain race, you're acting like people from a specific region/neighborhood. If I acted like Obama, would you say I'm acting black or white?
  • It is easy to act STEREOTYPICALLY back or white by playing up and exaggerating stereotypes. Saying that someone acts black or white, stereotypically or not, is stereotyping blacks or whites yourself (the generic "you") because there is no generic "acting black/white."
  • Dr. D was educated in Switzerland and speaks Parisian French. He's a perfect gentleman. My mother taught all 6 of us to speak clearly. My father sang arias each Sunday on the radio when I was a little girl. All of us had some college or has a college degree. No one knows the color of our skin per phone. I come from an upper middle-class family, had the finer things in life, was exposed to Opera, classical music, plays, etc.. My experience is..if your social back ground of refineness, you act accordingly. Some speak and act the same because they don't want to be what is expected of them just because of the color of their skin. I've met many people who are low-life and act that way and they come in all colors. People are people. Let it be. Wasawoo is a child of the Universe..and the world is my neighborhood.
