  • No but I tend not to eat carbs if I can help it. I eat healthy and run each day to stay in shape. I get fed up with it all some days but you have to work for everything in life :-)
  • OMG - constantly? Even Dr Atkins said only to go that low for a little while at a time. He even included huge lists of vitamins and minerals to take, to supplement your diet during the brief carb starvation. Ketosis is dangerous and ketoacidosis is fatal. Pleeeeease be careful.
