No. Methamphetamine is the most dangerous drug at this time. Until they come up with something "better."

I would say that it is the most dangerous in total deaths caused as long as we include drunk driving and heavy machinery operating in the deaths. . But this isn't to say that it is so very deadly per unit so much as to say that it is widely used.
