Which is best for loosing body fat? Low intensity exercise, medium intensity exercise or high intensity interval training? I'm currently jogging for 20 minutes, 5 times a week pre-breakfast and REALLY getting worn out, is that the best fat loss exercise?

To lose fat efficiently you need to get your heart rate up, as well as control your food intake.
Running is a great way to shed fat quickly as it both builds a small amount of muscle (which will increase your overall metabolism over time) and increases your heart rate to a level at which you are using a lot of energy.
High intensity interval training is great for this as well.
Well done in your efforts and keep it up! :)

I know it sounds weird but if you work out the five days a week for 30 minutes and you did fast power walking you will get more results than jogging. Also, I would eat a snack before exercising. Not eating before your workout decreses your energy to where you will feel tired and groggy after your workout. Eat something like a fruit with bread, yogurt, or nuts. My personal trainer told me this. So a low to medium intensity is enough to get the blood pumping and start to burn the fat. Hope this helps.

You may actually be over-exercising for your current health level and not giving your muscles recuperation time in between. For best long-term results to burn fat give yourself some variety and aim for more, longer, LOWER intensity exercise:

The HI Interval will be the best. Not only are you burning fat while execising but also it will boost your metabolism for after the work out. But, you may not be able to just jump right into the HI traning and need to ease in to it. Then again if you are already jogging 20 mins aday and ready just throm some spirnts in. Example; Jog 3-4 mins then sprint for 1, do that a few times and just keep an eye on your Max HR (which is 220- your age) you wanna stay around the 85% range. You will burn more fat doing a HI workout in less time. If you need more info just google high intensity work out there is alot of information covering them.

Eliminate BHT in your diet and in time your body will break it down.
BHT was originally made as a cheep "fat preservative" to fatten and bulk the beef cows because the body could not break it down if fed continually. Now they add it to our food to fatten us up. But if eliminated from your diet the body will break it down with time. So read all ingredients or buy Organic with no preservatives.
A plastic surgeon ounce tested cellulite from liposuction and the conclusion was 95% off what he sucked was BHT. Conclusion, No BHT no Cellulite.
Do not let the GREEDY powers that be treat us like cattle, it is even cruel to give it to the cattle! Now they feed it to baby"s (baby food) and children (most children cereal) So read your ingredients!!
