I do all of my own maintenance and I'm currently building a bedroom/bathroom extension.

I do most everything except yard work -- that's taken care of by the HOA.

I do all my yard work. I am able to do some things, such as replacing wooden sections to an existing wall or installing a new window, but, things like pouring a new foundation or adding an addition are beyond my skills.

Wife and i do it all and thoroughly enjoy it. Today, i am painting my mailbox.

I can shovel snow as long as it isn't too wet and heavy. I also mow my 1/4 acre lawn in the summer and mulch leaves in the autumn. About the only thing I have to have hired done is tree work. I'm not climbing 40 feet up!

I could if I put my mind to it and knew what I was doing, and the neighbourhood left for the day while I attempted it in broad daylight lol
