I think Im becoming addicted to AB, I'm starting to dream about questions and answers I contribute.... anyone else have this problem... is there a 12 step programme?

I have this problem as well. There are various questions referring to a 12-step-program. I don't believe we've started one yet...

Know the feeling. When questions pop up in my mind (and I think they're good ones) I write them down somewhere. About the steps: The first one would be wanting to quit. Are you ready for that commitment? ;)

I guess anything's possible. I've seen several people make dramatic farewells and then return a few weeks later. I would say those people are addicted. Compared to them, no, I'm not addicted.

I don't dream about AB exactly. I finde though (if this makes sense) they have had an "AB flavour" these past 3 nights. And it makes for interesting dreams too. I think because we are using our minds quite a lot while on this website, thinking of answers and questions and interacting with people, it's stimulating our brains. Add that to the time we spend on here, it becomes a part of our dreams. There's no 12 step program. I wouls suggest just not using AB if it's starting to do you head in. "Just say NO" LoL
