Always, My hubby has some ear damage from working in a factory and now does not hear so well. Mostly I can not watch TV with him as his "comfortable" is my total deafness.

- I actually think it's a huge plus. It's much easier to pretend you did not hear than to get involved in a discussion you are not in the mood for now. LOL
