For all stain emoval answers I suggest Tide Stick to go... check on an obscure area of the fabric first... and then go for it if it doesn't warp it.

Find a stain remover that is safe for satin. You should thoroughly read the label of any stain remover before you buy. Do not purchase a stain remover that contains any form of bleach. When a stain occurs quickly treat the stain with the stain remover per instructions on the bottle and then wash. If your satin is very delicate you should leave stain removal to a professional dry cleaner. Never let any stain sit on the fabric. Treat them immediately or they may become permanent.

Wear the satin blouse in the shower and squirt away with liquid soap. Rub it into your blouse and then wash out.
