    yes they are predators in all forms but i can give you good versus bad credit cards. Citicard(i know)they are closing their doors and yet they are so nice and accommodating, pay pal don't do it and Chase is a big jerk. If you want a good book on finance look at Dave Ramseys book called Total Money Makeover, it is awesome if you need to get control of your finances
