Nice question. Though I believe in God,I've to give a neutral answer as some people over here do not believe in God.To know you are a distinguished human being,you need to have sound health both physical and mental,good intellectual capabilities,nice moral values and willingness and a strong desire to help out the those who are in need no matter if it's a human being or an animal. . To get into a bit of practical side of things,you need to be financially strong too or have authority to command.If you don't have money power or authority,all the willingness and and capabilities to help others would go in vain.
