I set my laptop (which is running windows vista) to have the taskbar/start bar to dissappear when the mouse isnt hovering over it. How do i set it to stay up all the time again?! Please helppp

    its very simple .right click on the taskbar.click properties,click on taskbar tab.uncheck the combo box named auto-hide the taskbar.apply and ok

    /right click your desktop (where there is nothing else on the screen).
    Select 'personalise'
    select 'taskbar and start menu' (bottom left corner)
    uncheck 'auto-hide taskbar'

    bingo!
