    One of the best and probably in my opinion the fastest way to lose weight and burn fat is doing plyometrics. These are basically jump exercises and I couple it along with lunges and a variety of squats. All these exercises do not require weights and can be done anywhere. 10-15 min is enough to get the heart rate up and burn about 200-300 calories.
