    No exact figure is available for the amount of horsepower a 450cc engine produces. This is because engine size cannot give an exact estimate for horsepower. There are many different factors that go into engine production, not to mention different types of engines such as electric or gas powered. But, generally, for modern cars some have estimated that based on research, it's about 15 to 17cc per 1 horsepower or about 1 cubic inch = 1 bhp for a modern car.
