There are keystroke logger programs you can Google then choose. It is also illegal to do so without the users consent. Even if you are on a company computer, your boss has to get you to sign a waiver to use them to monitor their employee's usage. If someone has installed a keylogger on your computer, call the F.B.I.! It's a Federal crime! They can get all kinds of sensitive info.

That depends on whether you have physical access to the other person's computer or not. In any case, as you have aleady been told, it is illegal and not something I would recommend you do.
