    No, Never But Hideki Matsui outfielder and DH, for the NY Yankees almost did it tonight at Yankee Stadium. He had a single, double, and a home run. All he needed was a triple, with 2 at bats left, but he did not get the triple..

    Hitting for the cycle is even rarer than the triple play. So, my guess is no. Otherwise the WS announcers will mention it once in a while.
