Location,
Large Windows
Bathrooms
Birdsong
Lack of neighbours.
location
type of neighbors
crime rate
schools
A roof, a toilet and a rich widow for a neighbour.
I'm tempted to say location, location, location, because I have to fall in love with the land, the setting, the quiet, the fauna, the flora before I can even think about the house or building one there.
My three things would be:
(1) Location, which would include orientation
if it involved an existing building design
(e.g. it's nice to see the sunset)
(2) Environment (Climate, Neighbours, Flora, Fauna & Roads), and
(3) Price.
location,neighbours,size
the people friendly, can i be happy there and can i have a financial future
modern large enough house, facing the sun, privacy.
location, location, location.
Location, taxes, mortgage payments.
1. Do they allow pets (if they don't I move on) 2. how safe is the neighborhood 2. cost which also includes utilities (city or country)
Swimming pool, cool (few) neighbors, and at least four covered/garaged parking spaces. All else is sorta incidental.
