The one universal that will tend to make you attractive to everyone (not just girls and not just sexually) is confidence in you as you are and who you are. Society in general doesn't particularly reward those who do nothing more than try to fit in. I used to be the snot-nosed kid everyone liked to beat up on. Much later, I discovered I could write poetry and everything changed. Then I didn't know how to handle the popularity. Things change. Only politicians remake themselves to fit an opinion poll's expectations.

well for one: lose the quality that makes you think that all girls are the same. women are varied. what's attractive to one may not be to another. just be yourself. someone will like you for that.
