I don't know if you should be upset with him. However, I think it is time the two of you had a long talk about remembering important dates

If he is going broke or had some horribly large expense around the time of your B-day, no. If not, he doesn't care about you. Be angry with him and dump him.

wow!!hey even a simple gesture like a flower, common!! not asking for the world!! i hate effortless ppl and a boyfren for 9 whole months woooh!! shows how much you mean huh!!babe m just being honest, i kno its awkward to even ask why n all that but you should see the signs clear enuff.

Was he aware of the date? If he was, then, YES, I'd be upset. Even a single rose would have worked!

YES! thats just not good enough, someone needs more training! my bf gave me a diamond necklace for bday and we'd only been dating 2 months then!

I dont think you should be upset as longs as he at least said happy b-day to you. If you are normal and are dating a guy your age, then he may not have any money to buy you a gift. Just a thought...
