Can police enter private property by force if he is responding to a house party and the home owner doesn't allow him in?

    no he needs a warrant. Police will ask to come in and if you say yes that is legally binding, but if you say no they can't unless they see illegal activities. so hide the drugs, and make sure you have no underage drinkers.

    no they cannot unless they either have a warrant or have a reason to charge someone "like seeing beer as has already been answered" if you specifically say that he cannot come in you are able to sue if he does with ought a viable reason
