- I did until my hygienist got me started with the interdental brushes. Tiny little brushes that go between your teeth. They are great!

- I got to wear I didn't hate it but it takes more time. My bedtime routine takes long enough as it is and my hygienist always tells me that it's working really good so the brushes must work pretty good. You'll find them by the floss.
  I had some gum disease that my last dentist didn't pick up on so have had some bone loss and tissue recession which accounts for the spaces between my teeth.
