With all due respect I think the key is proportion. What makes a pleasant or fair nipple is whether if is in proportion to the rest of the breast, pertaining to the areola and actual size of the breast. Personally I think they look much better when they are wet and cold. As along as the breasts are soft and smooth the guy really could not care what they look like, just as long if they are soft and smooth, thats really all that matters.
