It has to do with breed of chicken giving the egg, NOT bleach. And as for your spelling some people are ignorant as to the fact that both spellings are correct depending on your native language.

All it means is that it was a different breed of chicken that laid the egg. Chickens with one color ear lobe lay brown eggs and another color, white eggs. They can be big eggs or little ones, doesn't matter.

Andrew said it right, it it the specific breed of chicken that determines to color of the egg. It has no effect on either the taste or the size of the egg. Different egg sizes occur, and they can also be related to different chicken breeds, but also to the age of of chicken laying the egg. Younger chicken tend to lay smaller eggs.
