Actually it is possible. I haven't tried it in a very long time, but yes I could roll over onto my back and lift my legs back torwards my head. By doing this I was able to suck a good three and a half inches of my penis. It was weird.....not nearly as enjoyable when a woman does it. Well if it is safe for a woman why would it be any different about the safety? I think it might not be safe trying to get in a position to suck your own penis. But if you can it is not going to harm you physically. But I would worry about the mental harm you might cause yourself.
