When you signed up, you should have received an email with a link to click in it. Upon clicking that link, you would have been brought back to AB to sign in. Upon signin, you should have received another email saying your account was confirmed. Be sure to check your spam/junk/deleted folders for the first one. Both would be from admin@answerbag.com.
