You keep saying this... but I see no evidence of it. How is it the Labour government's fault that the BNP is as it is today? I think that those who hate the BNP should do anything but vote for the BNP. To blame the BNP purely on Labour removes any sense of personal responsibility, personal ethics, media responsibility, poor education, ignorance etc. It also ignores history. Nick Griffin is a racist. His party members are racists. Their ideology is racist. Labour cannot be held responsible for that, Labour did not make the BNP and it did not make its members racist. They were already racist during the Conservative government. After all, the BNP was founded while Thatcher was in power. Nick Griffin came along only two years after Tony got in to power. Griffin changed the focus, tried to pretend to care about other issues - rural issues for example, tried to act as if it wasn't a racist party and he tried to rebrand the BNP. If anything, the BNP is now less openly racist than it was before Labour. Put some blame on to Griffin for making it more socially acceptable to those who know no better.

Labour hasn't created the BNP, but they have given the BNP an opportunity due to the absolute shambles of an immigration policy they have operated over the last 12 and a half years. People who hate the BNP can vote for all the other paries, probably the one that can do most damage to the BNP is the Tory Party, as they are probably better equipped to get a hold on immigration and sort the problem out, thus denying the BNP it's main vote winner.
