It is great to read old papers even much older than a week because it puts persepective on the news in a different way. Also it keeps history fresh.

Yeah, but some comic strips are timeless ; ) Seriously though, I just might read some articles but not the front page news. Here's a video just for the heck of it: http://www.tu.tv/videos/fleetwood-mac-second-hand-news

todays news hardly is worth reading the paper. Let alone yesterdays news..

I get most of my news off the internet.

LOL!! Was thinking how it seems my newspaper half of the stories are old on the date. The front page always seems to have a "Cold Case" story, or a "10 Years After......" thing. It seems my idea of what should be a front page story ends up on page C5 or whatever. But generally, no. I may scan them, see if there's anything I missed, but geezzz.... anymore today, a week old story seems like it happened years ago. Think about it, is anybody talking about balloon boy anymore? That was about a week ago, I think.... LOL, gotta love a pointless rant! :-)

No. That's yesterdays news.

I Like older papers, like 1-100 years old. I love finding old papers and reading what was current then. I found some old papers from 1911 in an old house my parents bought. I don't kind looking at a paper that's a week old, but more for the special sections like family, home or arts

As long as its news to me I don't care.
