Help answer this question below.

When me and my boyfriend are doing foreplay i do not feel anything other than a tiny bit when he rubs clit. Its totally numb. Cant feel it when i touch it or he does. After about 5 minutes of nothing i get the feeling back? The whole of it goes numb
