my friend told me that its just the same time frame as a urine sample so i would say less than a week. .but .. i myself havent had one of those test but i have cut it so close its insane.. drink so much water til you cant fucking drink anymore or you feel like you would die.. AND cranberry pills have always helped me... saliva is just like urine .. the level just cannot be found inconclusive because you cant dilute saliva... that is why its more reliable.. but you can befor you go like the week befor or the days befor drink tons and tons of fluids.. and flush
