Once. I was visiting Hagerstown, Maryland and I decided to take a ride across the border.

Yes, to a small town off of Highway 52 North. the town is called Elk Horn. It used to be a big coal mining town, but the mine has been closed for years. I went there because that is where my father was born and raised. It is a very small town, maybe about 200 people if that many. My father told me that once a group of Native Americans called the Tuscaroras lived there. they were wiped out in the 1800.

Yes, flew to Charleston on business then drove through the beautiful winding mountain roads to a coal mine.
