    if i knew the answer to this, id be a very rich person! i get so sick of witnessing it at work, theres a woman who has to put up with so much shit - shes been putdown so often by the others that she tends to sit and say nothing, i think shes been worn down by the others? i try to help a bit, but cant too much, because im new, and i dont want them all starting on me hehe
