Only for a day's work, and everyone seemed to drive at twenty miles an hour, which was a bit annoying....seemed a nice place for a break though.

Got as far as The Kyle of Lochalsh, which was the ferry point then. But we could not afford the ferry across. As we had drunk and smoked most of our cash, So the answer is nearly but no. Due to our stupidity.

Nope... I've not even got as far as Hadrian's Wall. I'd like to (both go further than Hadrian's Wall and then also across the sea to Skye)

A number if times - we have gone via ferry but also across the bridge and onwards to the Outer Hebrides; gorgeous part of the world!
