Ever get freaked out when you watch a horror movie? What helps?

    When I was younger.
    .
    You can watch it again.
    Also You can watch just those scenes
    that are the most scary multiple times
    until You get bored and see how fake
    it all is.
    .
    Another method is to find the
    "making of" video and watch
    how they did it and when they
    are laughing at all this.

    No,not like totally freaked out,but I have been spooked enough(Paranormal Activity,the movie),sleep and a few days of not thinking about it so much makes it all better,:)
