The last time I wore one was back in 1997. Even then I noticed an occasional odd look. I guess they just went out of style.

I think they are a bit dated. I have a cousin who is about 60 who still wears one and she thinks it is cool. Each to his own.

I have one that I'll wear once it a while. Its a thin material and fitted so it still looks good and not dated.

I think you can find a jean jacket so you don't look like a douchebag....here is one by Marc Jacobs that's cute. However, if you live in Texas, especially out here in West Texas, people wear them all the time. Are cowboys ever out of style? Not for me!
