Start keeping records NOW. If you have no money you are going to be accused of child neglect if there is no money to care for your child that's for sure.
I'm not sure how that works, but I do know that it is always best to have some type of record that you have at least helped out with the child. My dad has to pay child support and when he is out of a job he tends to get into trouble. I suggest at least having a job of some sort. But why are you paying child support if the child is living with you??
