No . Especially when your husband's not home. What are you playing with? Your happy married life? Are you in your senses. In front of your husband it's ok but if your husband gets to know he will surely misunderstand you and then you and your good old friend can sit together and laugh at your commonsense
They may have an arrangement that we know nothing about, so that would be one reason why it might be OK for them. Who are we to judge in that situation?
Without that, I would ask, would it be OK for an 18 year old man to visit his best friend, a female of whatever age, while his wife is at work?
It's also fine if the married couple can trust each other to accept that behaviour after such a short time together. Being so young, they can't be married long.
Either way for what it's worth, I predict trouble.
