  • Yes. Mostly because I think Larry David is offensive for the sake of being offensive without it even being funny. I can think of a lot of great Jesus jokes, and I just don't see how taking it to that extreme does anything for anyone.
  • Thanks for the warning.
  • No it's only comedy but Micheal Savage is pissed...People don't keep religious pictures in their bathrooms anyway so it was just a joke!
  • Yes. its distasteful. I am not a Christian but I believe this upsets a lot of people. Few Christians would stick to the word against other important matter - apart from those fanatical ones, so I think its just like pissing on a group of people's identity. Yes it is rude.
  • Do unto others...Larry David...Think He's gonna laugh about it when Larry meets him? Sobering thought.
  • i sont care what religous figure, this should not have been done. think of this, if he did that on a photo of muhamid, the muslims would have gone insane!! but he does this on a photo of jesus and you hardly hear a word of it! i personally am offended, and i think everyone should be. espically because he did it on such a well known picture. i also think it would have been wrong to do that on any representation of a religion, espcally one of the 3main ones.
  • No, I am not offended. I didn't see the clip, but why would it offend me?
  • not really,am quite sure the jews have done worse to him
  • No, but it just shows the disgraceful state of entertainment. I bet he wouldn't have the balls to piss on a shot of the prophet Mohammed or the president of Russia.
  • No because he didn't degrade Jesus, he degraded himself.
  • no It was played off as an accident I do agree if this was any other religion, there would be a sh*t storm Imagine if it was a pic of Mohamed
  • I can see where Christians would be offended. But, I swear... ...if people spent HALF as much time LOVING as they look for reasons to be offended, we'd ALL be a whole hell of a lot more blessed.
  • srsly? it took me way too long to realize it, but larry david is a fcuking genius. between seinfeld and curb... pure genius!
  • I think it matters more if Jesus was offended than if I was offended. I don't think I'd want to be in Larry David's shoes when he has to face Christ in person.
  • It's whorish. An obvious attempt to gain publicity. Just like the everything else on that dumbass show. But it just goes to prove my point that television is even more about brainwashing than religion is. Keep watching slaves.
  • I don't see how anyone who has actually seen the clip in question, can be offended by it. First thing I noticed when I watched this was that he doesn't literally urinate on the picture (which is hanging eye level on the wall next to him). They show him waist up (urinating), and as he goes to walk away he glances at the photo of Jesus (leaning in to inspect the face) and then placing his finger up to it as if he was going to try to clean it up. In fact, if you didn't know about the whole controversy, I'd say that you might not realize what had happened until the next scene. Another thing, his character doesn't do it on purpose, and actually appears to be in a state of embarrassment/fright (he quickly excuses himself out of the house).
