How do you keep algae off pet water bottles?

you gotta wash those bottles!!! Should not be used over n over again with out washing at least once a week. Can cause illness for the pet.

distilled water Ive used it in my cichlid fish tank no algae at all, and some of the healthiest fish i ever had and the "experts" told me not too

Keep them out of sunlight or change the water daily.
