How long is too long to not live together before you officially move in? Does too much time mean it won't work?

Nope. I waited about 20 years. Then a year after we moved in together, we got married.

I was with my guy 3 years before we got married and moved in with each other. No I don't think so, it wont work if you stop loving each other.
