Some prep will be needed for the night before. This is not for every person but try it next time you need to get up this early and see if it helps any. The hardest stage of sleep to wake from is stage 4. You may have had mornings when the alarm will buzz for fifteen or twenty minutes, yet you never hear it. Well, it is because you are in this stage. You begin to enter stage 4 of sleep approximately 45 minutes into your sleep. About 45 minutes after stage four is REM or the stage where you dream (total time about 1.5 hours). This stage is the easiest to wake from. Your body should hit REM at 1.5, 3. 4.5 hours etc. your body needs about 4 to 6 cycles a night. If you can time your sleep to where you will be in the REM stage at 4 a.m. then it may be a little bit easier. I use this method often, it is a method I created just out of the knowledge I gained from school. So you may not hear a dr. say “time your sleep to where you will get up in a particular stage.” Hope I was of help, let me know!!
well here is one that heppend not to long ago-
bro calls and yells in my ear "SHES HAVEN THE BABY RIGHT NOW!" i said so go hold her hand im going to bed then he yells at me "i need your help now!" of all the darn years that boy never wanted my help and now he needs me cause his girl is haven his kid. nothing like getn woke up to a scream in the ear and then not even awake tryn to walk threw a house (without falling).

Someone blowing a trumpet in your room.
scream and wake after a nightware with no control over one's screaming. [even worse would be when no one's around]
Breaking your neck for a pee....its aweful.
Bed on fire.
to be shot in the head and you only get injured and wake up in blood and pain.
Someone "rattling" a tin trash can with a "night stick"!
