If you would like to get a paper bill without the billing detail you can remove the call detail feature from your account. To remove this feature, login to My Account and select Add/Remove Features in the Rate Plan section of the page or contact customer service at 1-800-331-0500. Please note, if you remove the detailed billing feature, the following will still occur: Call details will still appear on My Account on the Call Detail tab on the Billing & Payments page.
