It is usually best if they are not kept longterm together. They do better living separate lives. They don't really interact much together. First off and the most important, guinea pigs require a very exacting special diet and it is very different from rabbits. If you went both to live a long healthy life, you will not let them eat each others food. Rabbits use a litter box. Guinea pigs need hay for bedding on the floor but rabbits eat hay and shouldn't be bedded in it. As far as aggression, occasionally a guinea pig will bite or pull hair off a rabbit, or growl at it to get it away from food. Some guinea pigs really are little pigs.
