i thought i dealt with it silently until i experienced med-free labor. i shocked myself with the volume.

I am generally silent in my pain, both physical and emotional. It is not for anyone else to worry about.

I express my greatest pains to the ppl I trust and the ppl who care about me...I can count those kinds of ppl on one hand, if not on my two ears (lol) However, I rarely voice these pains. I suffer silently, out of habit. I also express joy silently, though. I am most laquacious about superficial stuff that truly doesn't bother me.
